MTR-i™
Management
Team Roles Indicator
MBTI
- Compatible team roles !
|
The
MTR-i™
is 100% compatible with the Jungian/Myers-Briggs personality
model. It can be used alongside psychological type and related
instruments, or it can be used with teams with no mention of
psychological type.
This
training is suitable for anyone who works with teams, couples or
individuals in management, coaching, counselling, conflict
resolution and career development.
MTR-i™ identifies
the contribution a person makes to a particular team and reflects
the person’s work persona. It indirectly measures how Jungian
function-attitudes are currently being used in the team. How we
actually behave at work may be different from our own psychological
type preferences because of cultural pressure or the demands
of the job. You can explore the differences using the MTR-i™ alongside
a type-related instrument such as the MBTI® instrument
or the MajorsPTI™.

The
ITPQ™ looks
at what roles are needed in this team. It can be used with team
members, management or customers.
The
ITPQ™ can
be used with the MTR-i™ and
the MBTI® to
provide a complete package which looks at the needs of the team, the
roles being played in the team and the natural style of each of the
team members.
