Using the MTR-i^™ in Team Building

This is a one-day workshop designed for consultants who wish to use the MTR-i^™ in team building for their clients. As well at the MTR-i^™ you will be introduced to the Ideal Team Profile Questionnaire (ITPQ™)Which assesses the team roles needed in a particular team.

Topics include:

• undertaking a Team Health Check prior to workshop events

• how to administer and use the MTR-i^™ and the ITPQ^™

• planning team building interventions to suit the team issues

• how to administer and use the MTR-i^™ and the ITPQ^™ 

• setting appropriate mindsets for the completion of the MTR-i^™ 

• using team results to analysing potential strengths and weaknesses

• using the MTR-i^™ team wheel  for team problem-solving

• creating action plans for team improvement

• printed notes on the MTR-i™ team roles

• training materials to use with clients

Prerequisites: None

Total Fee: $450,  which includes completing the MTR-i™.
