Peter Bartos and Theodora Noble of Forge Connexions have developed a ‘career direction and consultation system’ based on working with people’s preferred career path-finding styles. This unique and powerful system recognises the difference between people, assists people to identify their preferred career pathfinding style and enables them to pursue a satisfying career direction.
