If you work in the areas of coaching, recruitment, management training, employee or executive development, then becoming a certified user of Emotional Intelligence tools will help you to develop emotional skills in others.

This three-day course will give you the necessary qualifications and skills to use and interpret the world’s first scientific measure of Emotional Intelligence, the BarOn EQ-i®, and how to make optimal use of the instrument within your organisation.

• become familiar with all aspects of the BarOn EQ-i instrument for effective and responsible use

• gain an in-depth understanding of the concept of Emotional Intelligence

• learn how to give quality feedback

• gain in-depth knowledge to present on the topic of Emotional Intelligence and the ability to develop your training needs around the concept

• learn how to apply Emotional Intelligence to real world examples

• receive a personal EI assessment and feedback.
