Facets of Type: STEP II
Each of the
preferences described by Carl Jung and Isabel Myers can be
subdivided into 5 facets. These facets give us 5 subscales for each
dimension or dichotomy. The facets provides additional information
about individuals and how people of the same type may vary. These
facets can be assessed by computerized scoring of the MBTI
instrument Step II:. Or, you can use the facets with your clients
without a computerized instrument report. In this workshop we will
show you how to use the facets of Step II with or without an
instrument. This advanced type
training programme involves participants in a variety of activities
and processes which will further their own understanding of Type
theory and the Facets of Step II. You will also learn how to
interpret the MBTI Step II EIR report. Please note: this in not and
accreditation programme. This is a workshop on how to use this
