Leadership and Change
Presented by Margaret
Hartzler, USA
Some organizational experts contend that 70% of what makes a
group change successful is the leader
and his/her ability to motivate people to buy into the change and
organize it in a way that people
believe they are included. On the other hand we know that people
resist change for a variety of
reasons. Some of the likely reasons can be predicted by knowing
a person's type.
This one day workshop will provide you with ideas on how type may
influence how types deal with
leadership and change. You will be introduced to theory, and you
will experience exercises that
will help people see how, based on type, they tend to deal with
leadership and change. In your
notebook you will receive over 25 exercise, reproducible handouts
and data on what types have
reported about themselves.
