This is a one-day workshop designed for consultants who wish to
use the MTR-i ™ alongside
the MBTI® or
similar type instrument.
Topics include:
• comparison of
the theories underlying the two instruments
• mindsets for
the completion of each questionnaire
• comparing MTR-i™
team results to natural types of
the group
• comparing MTR-i™ results
and natural type for the individual
• interpreting
results and implications for the individual
Included in the workshop fee are
• printed notes on the MTR-i™ team
roles
• training materials to use with clients on CD
Prerequisite: Delegates
need to have completed the MTR-i Bronze Level and to be
qualified to administer the MBTI® instrument
or a similar type instrument. If you have not completed
appropriate type training contact ITD to find what options are
available.
