Games Personalities Play

When a person's needs are not being met or
they don't feel safe in a situation they will often play
psychological games. The dysfunctional behaviour that results is
related to their personality type and specific intervention
strategies are needed to stop the games.
In this workshop
you will:

Identify needs and motivators
for each personality type

Examine the psychological games
each Temperament tends to play when their needs are not met

Learn intervention strategies
that work to stop the dysfunctional behaviour

Share examples where effective
solutions have been found
Prerequisite:
Knowledge of
Type theory is desirable.
