• Interpreting the results of Type Discovery and giving feedback to individuals and groups.
• Ethical use of the instrument and Type theory.
• History and development of Type Discovery. 
• How to use psychological type and the Type Discovery, with individuals and groups. 
• An in-depth understanding of each of the 16 types 
• An introduction to several applications of Type: Communication, Stress Management, Decision Making and Problem Solving, Learning.

Requirements for completing this programme:

This is an interactive programme requiring 21 hours of class time, plus approximately 10 hours of pre-study work. Participants are expected to be actively involved in the learning throughout the programme,  to attend all sessions, and to successfully complete a  short assessment towards the end of the programme. If attendance is a problem at one of the sessions we will attempt to provide an additional make-up session.

In-house programmes can be conducted in-person or via Zoom or Teams.

Times: Several options are available -

• 3 full days  9am - 5pm local time  (in-person)
• 5 half days, for example 10am - 2.15pm AEST ( Via Zoom).
• This program can be offered in-house or via Zoom at other times to suit you Europe and the USA. Please enquire.

• Completing the Type Discovery questionnaire, and a 7-page report,
• All study materials. including the book  You've Got Personality
• Resources for presenting workshops.
• PowerPoint presentation to introduce personality types to clients.

Registration:  Please register as early as possible to allow time to complete the questionnaire. and some pre-study. 

BONUS: If you complete this program on-line you have the option of attending a live in-person presentation in the future at NO EXTRA COST.
