Games Personalities Play - Transforming Dysfunctional Behaviour
Product Description
Games Personalities Play - Transforming Dysfunctional Behaviour
Have you ever felt manipulated by other people?
Have yo ever felt out of control, unable to control your own behaviour?
When a person's needs are not being met or they don't feel safe in a situation they will often play psychological games. The dysfunctional behaviour that results is related to their personality type and specific intervention strategies are needed to stop the games. These psychological games are blockages to growth and development. Learn strategies to transform the dysfunctional behaviour and encourage growth and healthy development.
Learn what causes dysfunctional behaviour for each personality type, how to avoid being manipulated by others and how to promote healthy relationships. It's easier than you think! This workshop will show you how to manage dysfunctional behavior while maintaining good relationships. It is useful for anyone, but is particularly useful if you are involved in coaching, counselling, team building, management, teaching, or parenting.
